Article Summaries Assignment
- Requirements:
- Review 2 articles on different aspects of human development during adolescence.
- Articles must be from recent reputable periodicals or research journals (no older than 2002).
- Use APA format for review and References list.

Recommended library resources:
- (go to SUU Library, click the RESEARCH drop down menu and select Journals and Articles:

Academic Search Premier
- Enter keywords and click Search button

In Limit your results box:
- click Full Text
- change year to 2002
- then click Update Results

In Narrow Results by window:
- click Academic Journals to limit to scholarly, peer-reviewed articles
- or click Subject to narrow topic

- Opposing Viewpoints (note Viewpoints tab)
Consider Databases by Subject for more in depth research:

To locate articles from a specific source, search Full Text Journal Finder (in the RESEARCH tab drop down menu on the library home page) to see if the library has print or online access to the journal or magazine.

- CQ Researcher - click CiteNow! for APA format of article
- Opposing Viewpoints - (How to Cite shows MLA only)
- Academic Search Premier
- Click article title in Results list
- Click Cite this article icon
- Choose APA Citation Format
- Copy/paste citation (Check for exact formatting and punctuation. It is not always completely correct.)
